Weather forecasters promise improvement in the weather: rain and wind will soon stop

Periodic rains are expected in some areas of Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on April 29.

As reported to BAKU.WS by the National Hydrometeorological Service, short-term downpours and thunderstorms are possible in some parts of the peninsula.

Precipitation will gradually cease in the morning, and during the day the weather will become partly cloudy, mostly without rain. The northwestern wind, which will occasionally intensify, will weaken by midday.

The air temperature at night will be 8-10° above zero, during the day it will rise to 10-13° above zero. Atmospheric pressure will be above normal - 771 mm of mercury. Relative humidity will reach 70-80% at night and decrease to 50-55% during the day.

Periodic precipitation and thunderstorms are also expected in the regions of Azerbaijan. Intense downpours are forecasted in some places, hail is possible, and snowfall in mountainous areas. By midday, precipitation will gradually cease in most areas. Fog is expected in some places.

The western wind will occasionally intensify in some areas. The air temperature at night will be 9-13° above zero, during the day 14-18° above zero. In mountainous areas, temperatures will range from 1° below zero to 3° above zero at night, and 3-8° above zero during the day.
